If you have acupuncture coverage from your insurance company, copays and payments vary depending on your specific plan.  Make sure to verify your insurance here- and we will get back to you within 2-3 business days on what your coverage is. 


We are in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield Illinois and out-of-network with Aetna, Cigna, United Healthcare,and the VA.  Not all people with these plans have acupuncture coverage so make sure to verify with us before your appointment.  


Feel free to use your FSA and HSA cards too!



We accept FSA, HSA, checks, cash, venmo, zelle, and all credit cards.  We offer packages for discounted rates for acupuncture.  At Chicago Family Acupuncture, we are all about treating FAMILIES!  Packages are encouraged to be shared amongst family members.

Cancellation Policy


We get it.  Life is busy.  Things come up.  Don't sweat it!  We just ask to be notified 24 hours in advance of any cancellations so we can notify other patients who may have requested that time slot.  Always feel free to call or text us at 847-802-9608 and let us know and we are happy to reschedule. 

Thai Bodywork sessions are not included with acupuncture packages. $100 will be collected on the date of service.  Tips are encouraged! 


For insurance patients: Full payment will be collected on the date of service.  We are happy to bill insurance and reimburse you if it is covered.  Patients are responsible for the balance not covered.
